Just wanted to share!  Brulee is getting a new sister tomorrow.  She's another Manor Lake pup...in fact she and Brulee have the same Dad and their Moms are sisters.  I'm hoping the sweet personality of Brulee is there in ???  Oh, my golly, she doesn't have a name!  Won't sleep much tonight!  :)

She's a minature, chocolate, and is 16 weeks old.  Saw her little picture and fell in love!  Now I think our cup runneth over!  I am so excited. :)

Thanks for your post.  Tira (short for Tiramisu) is here and she and Brulee are getting along famously!  They are playing/sleeping non-stop!  We're interested to see how they work out the "alphie-issue."    I feel we made a really happy decision!  I posted some a "Tiramisu, Coming Home" album on my page with some pics of the two of them...  Enjoy your Labor Day holiday!

Well, the colonoscopy went well, and that's a blessing.  I was so excited about picking up our little chocolate girl , that I scarfed down lunch, took a nap, and showered before heading over to the airport.

Her flight was a short one (from Seattle to SLC is just over an hour) and she's home safe and sound.  She's a cutie.  10.6 lbs. per our vet at our morning physical visit...and she's starting out healthy as we'd hoped she'd be.

Brulee has been cruising on after-burners since she arrived.  They're acting like the long-lost-cousins that they actually are.

She is dark chocolate with red highlights...Is this an indicator of what her color will be as she  matures?  (She's 16 weeks old.)  Took her to the local Petco after leaving our vet's ofc.  She was like a statue!  I think she hasn't been out a lot...too bad!  Will have to get her caught up on her "experiences", huh?  :)

She, actually, ended up sleeping in bed with us.  We thought we'd give it a try, as that's where Brulee sleeps, most of the night.  Sometimes, she'll jump down and go to the tile floor to cool off, I think.  Little miss No-Name acted like this was nothing new, and slept there until we got up about 7:30!  Took her out and she pottied like a grown-up gal!  Praises!

I'm posting a couple of pics on our home page.   I now understand how difficult it is to get a good shot of a dark, moving object!  :)

Fudge, Mousse, Cocoa, Biscotti, Torte or eclair?  Latte or Roulade?  That is about all the chocolate things I can come up with.  Congratulations on your new sweet chocolate girl.  And good luck with that colonoscopy.

Hi, Nancy.  Yeah, I guess a second dessert in kind of a great place to look!  Maybe a recioe book would be a good place to start!  :)
