So this is sad but true. I didnt do it sissy did.

Today this mornig mom went out side to see what we were up to. I was playing with my toys and running around like a doodle out of heck. Mom looks over to sissy to see why she is just standing looking at something. She also let out a big happy woo woo so she was up to something. Laying in front of her at her feet was a dead squil. It was the one that always teesed us and runs the fence line. I think it made a mastake and feel because sissy cant jump very well. But any who she had it and the poor thing was gone. Yes its sad but im inasent as far as mom knows.
Mom bared it.

We had a close call with an opossum in the backyard a couple weeks ago. We had let the dogs out ‘last call’ before bed time. No sooner than they were out the door they were barking their heads off. Not their normal barking, these barks had a whole different intensity. Of course it is dark, so I grabbed a flashlight and leash. The dogs had a young opossum surrounded. They were barking, the opossum was hissing and I was grabbing dog tails and screaming for DH and DD to come help. DD was the first out the door with another leash and she was able to get a leash on one of the dogs. By the time DH made it outside (with a broom) I was between the opossum the 2 remaining dogs. That story you hear about opossums playing dead, well this opossum must not have heard the story, because he just kept hissing. He even took a snap at the leg of my jeans as if saying ‘”I’ve got this covered, thank very much.” Once we got the dogs all on leashes and up on the back porch, the opossum waddled up and over our 5 foot wooden fence like nothing ever happened.

This is the very first time she has got on. I dont want them to get them. This one just ended up getting cought by suger bear. Trust me i dont want my girls getting sick or injored from another animal.. I mean i didnt even know about it untill i went outside. she never barked at it or anything like she usally does.

Yes bad suger you do need to learn two play nice with the squiles

Lucky the squirrel didn't attack back and bite the dogs, need to be careful of that...or if the squirrel had rabies to start with, I just would be on the cautious side
