Jack is 10 weeks!

We've had a BUSY week!  Jack had his first visit to the vet.  He did AWESOME!  He got started on Heartgard and monthly flea preventative.  The vet was very impressed with how well he behaves and his mellow laid back personality.  He weighed 12.2 pounds at 10 weeks!  My big boy!  House breaking is coming along great.  We have only had a couple of accidents and both were my fault for not paying attention to his signals.  I think it is amazing how good he does!!  We only go out once at night now to potty. :)  Crate training was not going so well-that is until I let his sissy-a Boston Terrier-go in his crate with him-then he was fine.  Grooming is okay-I try to brush him at least every couple of days.  I have to admit it isn't his fav.  I haven't noticed any matting at all and virtually no shedding. :)  His fur is SO soft.  It is predicted he will have a soft fleece like coat with loose curls and waves. I am hoping that comes true but whatever  his coat turns out to be we love him to pieces and wouldn't trade him for anything.   He is growing like a weed!!!  I have to remind myself to take the weekly picture so we can look back on them because I know this first year will just fly by and his puppy days will be gone.  He cracks me up-when I go to carry him or pick him up he just goes limp like a ragdoll-same way that he lays all sprawled out on the floor!!  Silly boy!  He already loves his bully stick and antler.  Favorite toy so far...the verdict isn't in yet!!  My very special little dood!

Love the pictures, especially the second one!   Sounds like he is doing great and I love the part about his sissy going in the crate with him!  He is definitely a cutie!
