Lyric's fat little pups

I thought you might enjoy checking out these fat little dudes! I have to lock Lyric out of the room for 2-3 hours so they don't eat themselves to death! It's a feeding frenzy when she goes back in there. The apricot pup loves to sleep on his back and it is so funny to see him with such a full belly. The others are also in a stupor and need to sleep it off! I can't wait until the eyes open--should be tomorrow or Saturday. They are very good at following their noses though, especially if momma is the target!

I wonder if the apricot one will always sleep on his back, as I know some doodles do--he does it often. His nickname is "porkchop" and you can see why.

I wish I could hold them all day--but it is hard to hold them even for a minute with Lyric staring me down! She does not share well! When they are older, hopefully, she will be less possessive! When she takes a break to eat or go outside, I rush upstairs to cuddle with them and take some pictures. This has been such a fun experience and i am lucky in that the breeder does all the work of advertising and selling the pups.
