My Dood Gus

I haven''t been on the website in quite some time. Im glad its still going strong. Doodles are the best dogs!!! I wanted to share that I lost my Gus last July. He was 10 yrs old and had gotten a rare tick disease and mustve had an underlying illness because he became anemic. It was also immediately after having a Rabies shot and the Vet said that only progressed things. So it was the hardest day for me as I couldnt bare to see him suffer so we had to let him go. He was my soulmate and I miss him so much. I've since gotten another Dood whom I love but its not the same (as you all know). He's getting better each day with training but hes hard to handle. Ive also adopted a shitzu 3 yrs ago and hes now 10 yrs old. So I have a 10 yr old and a 10 month old.Its hectic here. I'll post pictures soon. Thanks for listening.

Julie, my heart goes out to you. It is much too hard. Hoping your pup surprises you and becomes your next heart-dog soon. Kona is 9 and I don't know what I will do when he goes. I need him to live to 29 at least :(

Julie ~ I am so sorry to hear you lost your heart dog.  It is just heartbreaking. I would think this new puppy will help heal your heart.  Looking forward to seeing photos of your new doodle.  Hang in there!
