Sharon, that is really cool. I used to have friends that chained themselves to Embassies in university to protest something or other. LOL. I don't know how effective it is but I guess it's better than nothing. btw, I passed on the book to Scot. Sorry it took me so long!

I read that they were doing this and I really hope it makes a difference. I don't understand people who get a dog only to chain it up outside 24/7.

I should have added that my LIKE is about the chaining of dogs,. To get the attention of others, this group chains themselves to the Capital steps, I think they have done 8-9 states so far....
