Paz and his new cousin "Daisy"
Just had to share this picture of Paz and his new cousin "Daisy" who is my grandaughters' new cavalier spaniel puppy, age 5 months. Paz and I spent the weekend watching my grandchildren, Sadie (age 8) and Josephine (age 5) and their puppy, a cavalier spaniel named Daisy, age 5 months. Daisy and Paz are a riot together....poor Paz, he couldn't take one step without Daisy pulling his ears, tail or stealing his toys. It was a riot to watch Paz who is almost 75lbs, chase Daisy, who is all of 10lbs....Daisy would take Paz's toys, and peer out at Paz from under the couch. Paz could barely get his nose under the couch, let alone the rest of his huge body. This went on all day, and at the end of the day, Paz would jump onto the couch, lie down, and Daisy would lie right on top of him. So here is the picture.....they are truly best friends!

Paz looks so exhausted from all the fun. Daisy is the kind of dog I was looking for when Ruston came along and stole my heart.

He was so tired between running with my grandaughters, and playing with Daisy for three days, that when we returned home he refused to go for a walk....I mean he literally lay down in the middle of the street & only got up when I headed back to my apartment. A s soon as we entered my apartment, he jumped on my bed, stretched out, gave one of those hilarious doggie sighs, and slept until the next morning. He actually told me that grandchildren and puppies are a lot of work!
