Generally our Milton brings home any sort of stick he can find from the Great Outdoors.  This time he brought in a whole tree branch complete with leaves.

Happily chewing away

We realize that all of the outside brought inside does create a huge mess in our apartment and quite often necessitates a good, thorough vacuuming.  Truth be told, the only reason the Milt can bring in said items is because we feel bad that our goldendoodle does not have a yard.  Someday the rules might change but not just yet.  Until then, chew away, Milt.

Adorable, Milton is a cutie. Mojo likes to pick up a branch will leaves and carry in his mouth when walking, he always wants to bring them in the house and I never let him. After seeing Milton's photo I will relent (sometimes) and I do have the Miele dog & cat vacuum for clean ups lol ;-).

Go for it, Thuy!  A lot of bloggers post "Wordless Wednesdays" too which is a really cute idea.

Milton keeps a running inventory of his toys too, Gail...!  These goofy doodles!

I like your photo of the week idea. I might have to steal it. :)

Yay--I love the puppy photo of the day! Sadie used to try to bring coconuts in the house--they are very messy! The worst outdoor thing she brought in was a dead bird. :(

Awwww Milt, you are a true doodle puppy.  My doodles like to bring the outdoors in as well but now that fall is here they are leaf magnets :)

Milt is so cute, I couldn't resist letting him bring the outdoors in either.

So cute!  My Bailey does the same thing.  Sometimes the branch is as big as she is.  We have a special place by the door where she has to "drop" her treasures before coming inside.  When we go back out she always checks her pile of goodies before we start our walk.  I often "thin out" the pile so it does not take over our porch.
