Well, what to do on a rainy, hot and humid day. Play indoors with your dogs and write about it. Much better than doing paperwork or other chores. Luca loves to catch balls and he started to do this when he was about a year old, I think. He always loved to chase them. Calla, now 7 months just ran after him. She never attempted to catch a ball when I threw it to Luca. Well, today i gently lobbed balls from a short distance practically into her mouth and, by jove, she caught the ball several times! Now I need a machine to throw them. I've seen a commercial one on line. It seems flimsy, too expensive and even dangerous. I'd love a smaller version of the one on You tube with the dachshund. Any engineers out there?
