Only nineteen more days till my not yet named Doodle comes over! For now, lets just call him Figure A. 

As you can see from the picture above, he's a Blonde Mini Goldendoodle. Fig A was born from a experienced Aussiedoodle and Goldendoodle breeder, up North of his soon to be forever home. (Why's it called a forever home if he isn't in it when he is born?) I am getting this puppy alongside my Mom and Dad. We have been buying toys and food for our beloved Fig A, in anticipation of late February when he will be coming home with us.

A few days ago, we all headed over to the Breeder's for a bit. He was so cute and playful! He didn't bark at all, and barely bit. We learned a lot about his personality. He is calm, athletic and playful. There was anoter Goldendoodle there named Boomer. (Figure A is a better name), and let's just say, his name said everything about his personality. He was on top of Figgy at all times. Fig had a face like "Can you see what I have to put up with?!", it was funny. After lots of licks on the neck from Fig. A, we headed home. (The one hour drive was filled with arguments about his name). 

One thing was clear between all of us.

We couldn't wait till he was in our care.

When we drove 4 hours from chicago area to michigan to see a 5 month old mini golden doodle my husband and I went over names for a female. My husband wanted a name that could be male or female.  I liked the idea but we did not find a name until I scouted the map we were using for names. That is when I came across the name Madison and we liked that we could call her Maddi for short. Good luck finding a name you can all agree on!

Max ~ I enjoyed reading your blog.  I hope you will blog about the "Figgy" homecoming.  Of course, I think "Figgy" should be his name!  He is so cute!
