THEY'VE GOT MAIL - FROM BARK BOX!

I am finally rotating doodle toys from the toy box to the trash! It’s finally time for those worn out, can’t repair, stinks and won’t survive another wash, toys that I’ve held onto far longer than I should have.

Don’t know about you, but shopping in a pet store for dog toys is not my idea of “fun” when I have the boys with me. The three of us, do not do “up and down the aisles” well together! When I learned about Bark Box, a monthly box of doggie goodies – DELIVERED – I signed up fast!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Affordable toys and treats, shipped free on the 15th of each month, with 10% supporting rescue groups. Seemed just perfect for us! When our first box arrived, we gathered around the floor and opened it up “together…”

Harley made his selection quickly – a stuffed mushroom toy…

It was the perfect size for him to “tote” around all afternoon…

While Leo set his sights on a wheat, gluten and preservative free all natural and organic turkey crunchy treat…

With Halloween around the corner, we’re gonna work on Leo mastering this wacky ball and mustache (hopefully) by the end of the month. I figure he can carry this instead of his soccer ball on our Halloween walks!

For our first progress report, he’s not very interested…

Trendy masculine “poop-bags” for DH (doodle husband) and more teeth gel for my dental hygiene program (yea – me!), completed this months box. We played with their loot for a good little while and then they were done…

It was a great day – and now they wait for the little white truck to bring more mail…

Cathy, your Doodles are sooooooo beautiful.  They certainly had a great time with their delivery and the pictures are priceless:)  Loved the story too!  The last picture definitely looks like they are waiting for the next delivery. How fun!
