I found the attachments that allow you to convert a soda bottle for dogs to "lick" from the bottle at bed and bath today for just under $7. I haven't tried it yet but it should work I think and then you wouldn't need to carry a bowl.

Drinking on command-wow. Luca can be choking to death, virtually, on dirt or dust, outside and he will not drink if I tell him to.

Hi Frannie&Callie, well I looked around until I found a cap& spout that was made out of flexible plastic (I didn't know there were SOooooo many sippy cups')been out of the baby-loop for a good while..ANYWAY I'm getting off track. I hold Guinness's mouth with one hand & put the cup to the side of his mouth with the othr and say drink...(he will drink on command).lol

I use a sippy cup when travel in the car...but, this sounds interesting.

This is interesting. Please keep us posted. Timbow would love something like this when we go hiking and we wouldn't waste as much water!
