Why are some people so stupid?

So I start walking down the trail at the dog park and I meet a nice lady and we start talking. Another lady comes by and joins in our chat. We are having a wonderful conversation when this man comes walking towards us and he has a "chuck it" in his hand and is playing with his dog. He is only a couple of feet away when he decides to chuck a frozen tennis ball (apparently over our heads) and hits the lady right in the head. Point blank shot!

Poor lady grabs her head and the idiot asks if she is OK. She sort of nods but you can tell that it really hurts. He starts to explain how he meant to throw it over our heads but all he had to do was walk another 3 feet past us. It is a wide trail so he had lots of room. The other lady says that she will walk her to her car to make sure she is all right and off they go. The idiot continues on his walk.

I don't understand how some adults can be SO stupid!

Not only am I stupid my arm is sore from throwing balls and I don't know how to throw balls correctly in the house. I have been cut off! Cut off of tennis balls --I mean!

Geez, that man was crazy. Those chuck its have a mind of their own!!! We have quite a few and each one throws differently. Some high, some low, some left and some right. I try to memorize which does which by the color of the chuck it. You don't just go out and throw with a chuck it until you have it mastered and even then...you never have it mastered!!!!

I have problems with the chuck it so I make sure that I am no where near anyone. You really need a masters degree in order to throw it without hurting your arm - I feel for that woman!!!
