About Me:

I am a high school counselor in Mooresville, North Carolina. My husband, George, teaches and coaches at a high school in Statesville, North Carolina. We have been married for ten years and have two children, George and Emily. We have a house full of animals, including our doodles!

We are a guardian family for a chocolate/lavender Multigen Australian Labradoodle named Josie. She is owned by Steve and Debby Merideth at Hope Farm Labradoodles in Wake Forest, North Carolina. We also own a fluffy, apricot colored miniature Goldendoodle named Bailey. We have a Yorkie named Sophie and Draco, our Bearded Dragon

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

We fell in love with doodles after looking for a low to nonshedding, friendly, family dog for our children. Our son George has allergies and needed to be in a home with dogs that his allergies could handle! We love the sweet, gentle temperaments of the doodles and have never looked back since!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Playing in the yard and on the playground, playing fetch with the girls, taking trips, traveling, going to the park, swimming and visiting children with disabilities.

Emily likes to dress Bailey up, and Bailey doesn't seem to mind!

Nope!

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

A local groomer and me

Kongs, edible chew toys, ropes, stuffed animals, anything that squeaks
