About Me:

My husband and I just moved to Jackson, MS from Enid, OK. I am originally from Biloxi, so love being much closer to family. I am a psychiatric RN in school for Psych Nurse Practicioner, and my husband is an Air Traffic Controller. We love having the most wonderful dog child in the world. He is a little spoiled, but perfect. I work weekends, so on Monday it's all about Chester... and pretty much every other day too.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

I have a Goldendoodle, and he is the most handsome, kindest dog in the world! I found Chester in Yukon, OK at Pets and People Humane Society. He was a rescue doodle from a puppy mill that was busted in Dallas. He was slightly neurotic when we first got home, but he is so well adjusted and happy now.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

I think doodles are extremely intelligent and handsome dogs. He is gentle with children and extremely loyal. Not to mention completely HANDSOME!!!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Chester goes on car rides quite often, windows down of course, and he loves going to the park in our neighborhood. We live in a hilly, old neighborhood so we enjoy going on long walks daily.

Does your doodle(s) shed?

A little bit but nothing major

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

I do! I take him every now and then to get him groomed, but have not been very pleased with the way he gets shaved like a poodle when he goes to the groomers.
