You might need to see a veterinary dermatology specialist if your vet has "no idea". Or maybe a different vet.

Have you contacted your breeder?
What did the vet say? He doesn;t have parasites, fine, but then what is it? Did he have any ideas or suggestions? Do any testing?

Now he’s so much better beginning to eat regular food but really prefers goats milk. Poor guy would have died if we didn’t get him the day we did. Now he’s playing and growing and so wonderful but the fur? The vet has no idea? He’s now bald on his tummy and sides and thin every where.
