Don't Know Why by Siri Bones
My video and my Norwegian friend, Sir Bones, music. Her cover of "Don't Know Why" made popular by Norah Jones and written by Jesse Harris. Siri has a fantastic voice and this is a great song. It doesn't really fit the video, but 'what the hey" as they say. It gives your eyes something to do while you are listening :)
The video was shot at some ponds about 10 minutes from my home. My labradoodle pup(Cedar) had fun chasing frogs, birds, swimming and getting REALLY muddy. There's good bass & spiny ray fishing in the ponds as well as a bunch of bull frogs. At the right time of year, it full of nesting waterfowl. Completely different scenery from the rain forest woods I usually hike & close to home. There was no one else there for the 3 hours I was there on a fantastic summer day. I should avail myself of it more often.

I use a Canon 7D & a combination of Pinnacle Studio and Adobe Premiere Elements for editing. It took some learning, but I'm beginning to put it all together.

Beautiful video, scenery, doodle avd vocals. I loved the way the yellow flower came into focus. And the purple loosetrife may be taking over he world but it sure is pretty.
