We are in the right lane. If you watch closely, our first dog hits the top of one of the jumps on her way back. That puts the slat out of place, and Halas doesn't like different, so he won't go over the jump. You can see him look at me, and I point and tell him to go get his ball.

Halas never forgets and must hold a grudge :) I think it is amazing that they know what to do. Lots of hard work and training, I am sure.

The dog that hit the jump is the only yellow dog on our team that he'll run with now.  He ran into the other yellow dog, so now he doesn't like to race with that yellow dog.  We don't have his race with the other yellow dog on video, but he just completely left the ring on that one.  I went and got him, brought him back into the ring, and he ran really well.  But he didn't want anything to do with running anywhere near Junior.  It's sad, because he loves to race.  When he's not tired, he pulls towards the mats to get ready for his turn.  He just wants the other dogs to be out of his way before he runs.

They are really fast. I think Halas did a good job and I would blame it all on the first dog....LOL!

Oh hahahaha! That is the perfect example of a doodle. Doodles notice when something new happened or when  something moved.
