Carmel Beach anyone??!!!!!

I know we've discussed this in the past but nothing solidified soooooo I thought it would be a fun idea to start a discussion.....It would be fun to gather up our (close enough) ABD Doods and spend a weekend or day in Carmel. August seems far enough away to plan a romp at this point, but Sept is good too. Any interest or thoughts!!! Best places to stay over???

Yay! Of course, I am chiming in late (thanks for the email Carla!), This is such a great idea, and one we have been excitedly waiting to happen. I'm worried about that weekend (8/27) for us, though. Our east coast daughter is flying into San Diego either that weekend(27th), or the 20th of August, and we are meeting her down there (at our other daughter's home)! Next time, I speak with her I will verify the date, and let you know!! Until then, I will keep my fingers-crossed that Kachi (&Halle) and I, will finally get to meet some of his brothers (sisters), and their parents, in person!!!

I'm waiting on Liza to see if she is available on the 27th. We'll know in a day or so. IF she is only available on the 13th would that be a good date for all also? Liza (Kachi) and I started talking about doing this last year and it never happened so I would like to get her there too if we can:) As well as everyone one else of course!! :)

We can finalize in a couple days. Does that work?

Oh how fun! My pup won't be off house arrest by 8/27 (it's 16 weeks I think before they have all their vax, right?), but would love to see all the ABD brother & sisters. If I don't have to work that weekend, I would love to try & make it.

For those of you booking hotels...where are you staying? I'm clueless.

I just booked at Hofsas House Hotel. Just basic, but right downtown, easy to walk everywhere, and dog friendly. We're staying Friday and Saturday nights.
