Anyone interested in starting to plan a Doodle Group for the Doggie Dash in May? We had so much fun the last two years and plan on going again this year.

What is the Doggie Dash of which you speak? :)
I just looked it up online and this Doggie Dash thing sounds really fun. Let's do it!
Sounds like fun!!

The Doggie Dash is a fund raiser for the Oregon Humane Society each May. There's a run plus the ever popular walk - all with your dog. There are vendors, etc and pictures taken by the Humane Society then you can order prints, magnets, etc on line. It is really fun. We could all meet at a certain place at a certain time and go from there. We can get a group picture as well as individual or "friend-group" pictures.
Sounds interesting. Here's the 2009 Doggie Dash website. Apparently registration starts 2/16 (no deadline listed yet) & the dash will be held on Sat May 9th this year.

Sounds like a great idea to us! I think it would be fun to go as a group. Keep us posted!
Zoe and Gus definitely want to be there. We THINK we will be in town, so count us in!
Do we want to form a group or just register individually and then meet there at a certain time/place? We could/should also make an announcement at the Romp on the 14th. Any ideas? Suggestions? Thought?
Is anyone thinking about running this event?
and by "running" I mean slowly. :)
The four of us (Rae, Charla, Rozee and Bella) will be doing the walk.
Hi Linda- Check out the first page of this discussion and you'll get a good idea about the Doggie Dash. It's in Portland, May 9th and an Oregon Humane Society event. It is more fun than anything...so many different types/sizes of dogs. We want to either register as a group or register as individual entries and then meet there and walk/run together. Sure hope you can make it. Will you be going to the Romp on the 14th?
