About Me:: I am married (25 years) and have sons 23 and 20. My oldest and his wife just announced they are expecting their first child in Jul 09. I work as a manager for a US defense contractor. We've always had labrador retrievers in the house but when I saw my first doodle I was hooked.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: Micah is an eleven month old and Molly is an eleven week Australian Labradoodle. We also have a 10 year old labrador retriever name Onix and three cats--Tinsel, Halo and Hoonah.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: After much research we chose the Australian Labradoodle because of their extraordinary temperament! Micah has totally proven this out. He is very calm and obedient.He never wanders and is always so happy to see us. He loves to cuddle and have his belly rubbed. We're conficednt that we will see these same traits in Molly.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Its a tossup between cuddling and taking him out and showing him off!

Who grooms your doodle(s)?: Myself mostly and professional groomer whan I get too busy

Micah is adorable! How exciting that he’ll have a little sister soon! We love having 2 doodles, they really keep each other entertained. Are you going to the Great Lakes doodle romp in June? I wish we could go, but we live in California, so we’re too far away! :)
