Congrats on the new baby! Must be great entertainment for the doggies! Boo and Cricket are doing great. Cricket seems to get more saucy the older she gets- such attitude! She always cracks us up!
Saw a post from you about raw feeding -- would like more info on what you feed, how you trained them to stay on a towel to eat (I am really worried about running about the house with raw food in his mouth!) and best places to get meat... I saw a long list on a raw feeders yahoo site -- but some of it is just yuck! Like offering to go pick up road kill... no thank you!
Thanks Jenny. Then the CC brush that i have ordered should be good enough. I did not want to spend hundreds of dollars on the brushes:-)
Is that the picture of Della enjoying the breeze during the car ride? Berry loves car rides so far...We have not opened the windows yet...waiting for the weather to get better. When we got Berry, she was one independent girl. Now, she is becoming more and more a follower....She pretty much sits in the center of kitchen when i am cooking and watches me:-) It is like a MIL watching if i am doing it right:-) She has way too much energy now and we try to take her for a walk every time the weather gets better. I am hoping that she would be as calm and sweet as Scarlett some day:-) Right now, she is testing the boundaries - jumping on the couch and hiding below the pillows hoping I won't see her:-) I feel real guilty making her get down...but I want her to learn that it is off limits unless we call her to jump up...Not all of my friends are dog lovers, so makes life easier when they visit. But it is so true what you said about their coats - it gets cleaned by itself. The other day she got so much muddy and we were thinking of giving her bath but somehow did not get time. The next day, she is all clean and when i brushed her I was wondering where did all the yuck stuff go:-) Doesn't smell a bit too.
Hi Jenny, How are you doing? Things are going well here...Berry has started her obedience training. It is good for her to go out and meet other dogs. She is growing big and sweet. I wanted some advice from you. I have ordered CC T-brush for Berry. However, I am not sure this alone will be good for her when she looses her puppy coat. How was it with Della? Was it hard when she lost her puppy coat? And when did it happen. What kind of brush do you use? You must be thinking that I am getting paranoid:-)
I go to Atlanta frequently on business and I always go through Mentone. Heading that way on Thursday. Guntersville is just a short boat/car ride away. We're in a cove (Roseberry Creek) between the Scottsboro Bridge and Goose Pond Island. Carol said Dixie reminds her of Della.

If you have time, could you post a photo of Miss Della? I'd love to see how she is growing up! :)
