Let's go over each step of getting your birthday to display to be sure you didn't miss anything. By the way WHEN is your birthday?
From your settings' page:
1) put in the correct date
2) make sure the drop down menu below the date reads "display my birthday"
3) go to the VERY bottom of the page and click "Save"
