For now, go online and order a bottle of Proviable DC capsules. The metronidazole destroyed all the good bacteria in her gut along with the bad, and she needs that good gut flora for proper stool formation.
We can address the rest of the issues in a Food group discussion. Comments on photos or elsewhere don't lend themselves to questions, answers, advice, etc. :)
