About Me:: We are two grandparents who believe their grandkids should have a dog, Mom and Dad say "no", so we are the owners of Clancy(pants) a 7 month old Labradoodle. She is a very important member of our family and we adore her.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: One Labradoodle puppy (my God, I don't know how we could handle two or more!). Her name is Clancy, though we have taken to calling her Clancypants. She is a combination of red and cream, semi curly (except around her neck and head where she is more curly. The hair on the top of her head sticks up like a punk rocker and we love it.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: My husband visited a friend who had a Labradoodle and he fell in love! He came home telling me about the dog's wonderful personality and sweetness. After checking them out, I thought they were wonderful too.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Clancy loves water. She is thrilled to find a sprinkler on (I am sure she thinks it is out only for her enjoyment!) She throws her head in the water stream and then tries to drink it. This brings on playful barking and running around the sprinkler. Clancy goes on trail hikes 2X a week with five other dogs. She loves it. She loves to fetch, play with anyone, especially other dogs, though she does get a little rough she is never aggressive, just wants to play.

Favorite Doodle Products?: Anything that keeps her busy! The toys to put food in for her to get out. Big bones. Three Dog Bakery Molasses and Peanut Butter cookies. Tennis balls.

You certainingly picked the right breed. I see you are from Pacifica. My mom lives there. We visit from Pittsburgh every year. They usually take their dog to Fort Funston, but I understand Pacifica now has it's own dog park. Have you been there with Clancy? Hope you enjoy this site where it's all doodles all the time.
