I live in Harrison, Maine with my husband. I am a 4th grade teacher. I have been teaching for 33 years. I also do therapeutic landscaping. I enjoy running, biking and kayaking (only when there's no ice...).

We just got Miss Pearl Graceful!!! Our first golden doodle. We have had goldens for the past 30 years. They have all had a story,although Miss Pearl seems to be here for a reason. She is a true and absolute delight!! She joins our 2-1/2 yr old golden, Lilly, and our 2 Maine Coon cats, Tigger and Tinkerbell. (Yes, there is a Disney theme going on here!)

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

She chose us!!!! We were wide open and she literally fell into our laps. Such a gift! We are so lucky!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

She is a part of our family. Everything we do, our dogs do!!! Lucky kids!

A little bit but nothing major

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

A groomer.
