I know they have free coupons every once in a while, but I read on their website that you still have to pay $20 for a temperment test. Next time there's a free coupon I might just have to go do it.

At 7:19am on September 26, 2009, Hollie Slattery said…: I've been going to Marjon Kennels which is right outside Batavia on 32 towards Eastgate. They have a groomer there, Lynetta, who is wonderful with doodles and that is where I'm going to classes too. It is a little more expensive than Petsmart, $135.00 for 8 weeks, but the classes are 2 hours each and the lady teaching them really seems to know what she is doing. She brings her dogs in for demonstrations. She has a dobermin and a sheltie and they are both VERY well trained. That's great Hershey is not getting car sick anymore. I take Darbey everywhere with me, I can't imagine! My big problem now is that she has started getting things off the counter when I'm gone, like 1 1/2 lbs. of frozen hamberger meat, a whole bag of hot dog buns and a huge sucker just to name a few! I know I should crate her when I'm gone, but she was doing so good. I did set a trap for her on one part of the counter and she hasn't gotten anything from there since, but she is still getting things off the island.

I can't believe Hershey is 60 lbs. already. Darbey is about 55. Sorry about the shedding. Does he still get car sick? We do need to get them together. Darbey really wants a friend to play with. We are in classes again, but not at Petsmart, and the trainer doesn't let them socialize. It just kills Darbey to be around all those dogs and not get to play with them!
