What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: It's time to update as we now have two beautiful doodles! Darbey Diane Dootenberry Doodle (Darbey) is now 18 months. She is a cream color F1b Goldendoodle. The newest member of our family is Moose Wilson McMurtie (Moose). He is a 10 week old red double doodle. His mother is a cross between a labradoodle and a goldendoodle and his father is a red standard poodle.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: My husband would not let us have a dog because he can't stand dog hair all over the place. When he heard about Labordoodles he decided we could get one. Once I started my research I found the Goldendoodles and just fell in love with them.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Darbey loves the water, and the leaves, and the snow. She'll play in anything! Moose loves hanging on Darbey's jowls and biting her legs.

We are having some drainage work done in the yard this summer so haven't gotten to plan that backyard romp yet. Hopefully once this is all finished we will be in good shape.

It was great to see you too. I just wish there were more time to talk. The time flew by!! I think there should be a longer romp this summer that we all can go to. What do you think?

I remembered at 12 and tried to call few numbers to see if I can still come and was hoping to stop by for a short time...but i couldn't reach anyone. So, how was it? Darbey and Moose look so good together...Cannot believe Moose has become bigger than Darbey.

I'm having surgery on my shoulder tomorrow, but hoping that by Saturday I'll be able to get out and about. Can't wait to see Darby again and get to meet Moose!

The cream doodle was from a breeder in Indiana, I had bought another doodle from them last yr and she had a heart condition and passed away. So they replaced her for me. It was terrible going through what we did. Then a week later after getting the cream, my husband and I decided to buy a red doodle to give her a playmate. They both went to the vet when we first bought them. I think I will get Reba back in this week and see if he will run some fecals, etc on her. I am just worried with such of a size difference. Reba is eating and drinking well, so I will take her back to the vet and see what they say.

There is a size difference on yours and I wanted to ask you,,,,, I have a 9 week old goldendoodle that is only 5# and doesnt seem to be growing all that much,,,, we bought her at 7 weeks and she was 4#. Her parents are both 50# dogs. Our 14 week old Doodle is 24#,,,, there is such of a size difference when both are suppose to be the standard size doodle. i was just alittle worried with the smaller one.

I was maintaining Berry's coat pretty well until this month...things got so hectic that I could hardly spend time brushing her. So, yesterday she got a 1" haircut and now she is looking lean and athletic...my husband loves her short haircut. Darbey is looking so cute in the profile picture... So, where did u buy the land? Close to Batavia? It must be dog park right there:-)
