puppy biting
My 10 week old pup--whom we've had for 2 weeks-- has started biting me. Mostly it's just nipping, typical puppy play, but at times, he growls and then bites me. I've tried yelping (I'm not really good at that), but he's not the least apprehensive about continuing. Does anyone have any tried and true suggestions?

My first doodle was so bad at the nipping when we got her. I think for the most part they all do it. We were very lucky with our 2nd. She would bite my kids clothing...tore some actually. Oh and the heels... that was the worst!!! I would just tell her over and over again...kisses only...no bite...be nice. She eventually got the hang of it and completely stopped. I think part of it is just getting older as well. You'll get through it. Be consitent like Adina said.
