A dream come true! Tales (tails?) from the Doodle Cruise.
We started planning in July of 2011 and the Doodle Cruise was but a dream. All the days of planning and waiting and finally it was here. The chance to meet in person some of my DK IDOLS! From the 1st moment it was truely like we were all old friends - because we really were old friends. This past week was one I will never forget. There were tons of laughs, some tears, dancing, way too much eating and drinking. Doodle talk of course!!! I am way to tired (and want to spend time with Rooney, Stuart and DH) to go into details - those will all come as people get home but I'll share a few photos with you all. Oh and of course WE CAN'T TELL EVERYTHING - some things will have to stay on the ship.
Here is Dori and I at Sail Away - the weather is Miami was getting cloudy - great time to leave.

Look VERY closely at Ann and Bill's shirts - they taped THEIR dog's photos over Fudge & Vern - they were walking on the wild side!!!

Laurie, I just want you to know that the Fudge and Vern shirts have been framed and sealed behind glass and will be hanging in my office in honor of them, and the first ever Doodle Cruise. We had fun and enjoyed meeting everyone.
Here is the crew we left behind, enjoying their bounty from the islands. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ann, I love this picture of the "kids". They sure look happy with their presents. It was so great to get to meet you and Bill.....I so admire you. Tim's already asking when we're going to Pagliacci's.

Ann, What a great picture. I hope you did not have to force anyone to put on those shirts :) Everybody looks pretty happy!! Let me know if you need anymore shirts or magnets...LOL! We loved meeting Bill and you and seeing Bill sing all those Grease songs. I hope you did not turn the T-shirts upside down on your wall, like you did the magnet :)

Now Laurie, that magnet just slipped!! My son David was a little miffed that Erin was wearing HIS shirt!! They loved them!! The magnet now has a place of honor on our trash compactor
