Anyone having trouble getting health paperwork from your breeder?

I purchased a labradoodle puppy five months ago from Oregon Labradoodles in Oregon State.. They said they had completed all the health testing on the parents, (hips & eyes) and yet they are not sending me the eye tests on the female and are not returning my emails. Has anyone else had this problem with Oregon Labradoodles or other breeders? How did you resolve the issue?
