Hey Jim, sorry for the delay but haven't been checking up on DK in a while. All kinds of holiday and work related craziness. I heard Sheila got the results back but I haven't seen them. Did she send your way? CONGRATS on making the calendar. That is so COOL!! I haven't seen the 2010 calendars yet. Do you have a link to it? What month did he get? Crossing my fingers that he made the cover!!!

Hey Jim, just spoke with Sheila. The appointment has been set for Oct 13th. I'm not sure how long it takes for results but Nikki will be tested that day. Sheila will be out of the country starting on the 8th to fly a pup to Amsterdam. She has a relative taking Nikki in so most likely will need to wait until Sheila returns to get results but I'll see if the relative can send right away. Hope all is well!

He is adorable! Do you know who his dad is? We have a Nikki pup in our doodle household as well. Her name is Celie. We love her to death. We also have had the pleasure of puppy sitting both Nikki and her daughters, Pelei and Jesse, many times the past few years and they are all extraordinary pups and moms. They usually are there to be with our stud Logan but we spend a lot of quality time with them too!!! ;-). Glad to hear Boomer is a great dog and he is with such a loving family.

Hey Jim, sorry for the delayed response. I just got back from a vacation back east in Baltimore. Helping coordinate a cancer charity event took a lot out of me so I'm ready for one of those vacations after a vacation. I spoke with Sheila and she scheduled an appointment for Nikki's testing. We both had a few pups joining the breeding program that we needed to test so we went with a recommended organization that many breeders use, shortly after Nikki's previous litter. Unfortunately that testing facility was recently sued for patent issues by another testing facility and we were just notified that they couldn't fulfill our already purchased tests for our up and coming breeding pups. They gave us various options but we decided get a refund and get the pups tested somewhere else so we weren't concerned with test results being held up because the court case. I hope this helps clear up where we are currently. Once I hear from Sheila about the test results I will let you know. I'm sure she will send a copy directly as you requested. Where are you located in northern CA? There are three doodle romps coming up - one in San Jose, one in Richmond, and one in Davis. Will you be able to attend any of them?
