Any ideas on how it'll turn out? I know it can change fast and much.. but, I'm curious if there's been any experience with this puppy coat? I've been on this site a long while and explored many precious Doods.. i've not seen any just like this.. Doc's was a bit more common.

I'm trying to post a pic here without the attachment.. still cant figure it out, from my mac laptop =(

It will probably have to be an attachment. Sorry!

Baby Spud is SO cute!

Excuse me, but Spud you were a heart breaker from the word, Go!!! Love that boy!

He's CUUUUUTE!

Thanks Adina.. His nose makes me think of Roscoe from time to time.. But he is not nearly as boxy or as big as he was!

Junior is only ten months old, so he is still working on getting his adult coat, but I think his coat when he was your pup's age is quite similar.  Junior's coat has gotten thicker and thicker and wavier.  My son (his owner) took him to a groomer who simply cut everything so ignore his horrible haircut.

When he is wet, he curls:

About 6 months:

Ten Months and a horrible hair cut:

His coat is extremely thick now.

Well hello Junior! Nancy, such a pretty boy! Nancy, I think you've nailed it.. I can see Oz in him! His whiskers even turn up too! :)

Junior is adorable, Nancy!

Nancy, for the life of me I could not figure out who Gina was photographing at your romp last week. This is your son's doodle!?!   Awesome!   Bad haircut and all, StUNning EYES too

Nancy, I can't believe how much Junior has grown!! He's quite handsome!

My guess is he'll be a bit wiry combined with some wavy fleece  but however he turns out, he sure is one beautiful pup and will grow up gorgeous.  Love those eyes and his rose coloring.   Sooo cute!

He's very cute regardless. And only time will tell. He does look a bit scruffy.

With Georgia I was told a lot different than she turned out.

At about 5.5 weeks, visiting the breeder, she was the most retriever looking of the pups. And she had a super thin coat compared to the other pups, and was very stocky.

At about 9 weeks and after the visit with the vet I was told she would probably have the permanent "bedhead" look and shed slightly.

Now people think she is a poodle. And she doesn't shed. Go figure.

Georgia is pretty, her curls are gorgeous! I think Ozzies coat resembles hers a lot in the 9wk pic.
