There is a show on TV right now where I am called Dogs in the City, and there is a beautiful Goldendoodle on right now.

Is anyone else catching this? Its on CBS

Never saw the show but have seen the Dog Whisperer.  All those shows are about entertainment, but do show the reason animals end up in shelters and rescue groups. Those people should have been forced to give up the dog. A few hours with the trainer for the show will not handle that families problems with the dog.  Once everyone is gone they will go back to their old ways and the dog will be in a shelter anyways.

Chloe, yes it was a very cute dog. But it was on the show due to all the issues the family was having. Many DK'ers are very passionate and compassionate about this breed, so it would be expected that there would be a discussion. And mostly centering about the negative treatment and lack of training of the doodle that got it a spot on the show in the first place.
Did you think we were all going to say, "oh yes, isn't he cute and how nice for him to live in that tiny apartment and have kids "smacking"him? Lol

Believe me, I am as passionate and compassionate as they come about my dogs and I just don't see the need for the rude sarcastic remarks.  Again, sorry I posted this.
