Article about the dog illness going around

I found this today about an illness going around with dogs, though I'm not sure if this is the same illness that I've heard about where it comes on suddenly and dogs have died, though it appears to not be.

Thought it was interesting and since some are fond of the dog food Blue Buffalo, it may be more interesting.

We just discussed this in the food group but the article is from 2010. No real tie to BB was made.

Yes, this three year old article has suddenly started circulating on Facebook in the past week, I don't know why. About 10 people have messaged me and/or posted in the Food Group about it.

There is no problem with Blue Buffalo, and even when this article appeared three years ago, there was no illness 'going around". A total of 16 dogs in the entire country were affected.
