Bad Dream

Harley was sleeping on the couch while I was in the kitchen doing some odds and ends....all of a sudden she's beside me, nudging me - I turned around and she was shaking/trembling.  I kept reassuring her it was okay and rubbing/petting her - didn't matter where I went she was attached to my leg, right by my side.  Finally, after about an hour, she calmed down and we went to bed.  The only thing I can figure is she had a nightmare - do dogs have nightmares???  I know she dreams because she whimpers, barks, body jerks....but this is a first with her waking up trembling....??

Awe. I know they do dream. I always think they have good dreams, but maybe not? Very interesting.

I think Max has bad dreams sometimes, he will yip and kick and then groan a lot like an old man, it's really weird. I have to wake him up to make him stop.
