Bexter did this & was fine. A little runny poop as I recall but no biggie. He is 40 pounds too.
It's an awful lot of fat, (66 grams, 600 calories, all fat) so a dog that was prone to pancreatitis would possibly be in trouble, but every dog who ingests something high fat doesn't get sick. I would definitely expect some diarrhea, though.
She could make it vomit with hydrogen peroxide, a tablespoon or two, if the time of passage hasn't elapsed.
I would be worried, although it depends on the individual dog. I would watch for diarrhea, vomiting, and general lethargy. I would not hesitate to bring the dog to the Vet to be tested if these symptoms appear. I know from experience how quickly Pancreatitis can get to the critical point.
