Callie is NOT in the top 20 :-(

Hi DK-ers - again, thank you all for your votes and support! The top 20 have been posted and Callie is not in the running. With the possible exception of Dexter Ewok (who is a seriously adorable dog), none of the semi-finalists can hold a candle to Callie (or any of our doodles!).

 

Evidently, the editors of Atlanta Magazine favor smooth-coated dogs and cats (and a rabbit). My bitter-o-meter is running pretty high right now...silly, because it's not like it's personal. If they'd MET her, they'd know she was the best!

That's crazy! Callie is easily one of the 20 cutest dogs in Atlanta. If I'm ever in Atlanta, I'll be sure to NOT purchase their magazine.

It's funny - a guy on my tennis team is a magazine distributor and his company distributes Atlanta Magazine. I just called him to tell him that Atlanta Magazine sucks lemons. (I had to leave a voicemail so it wasn't entirely satisfactory for me).
