Curious about your doodles expression of excitement

When Annie is excited to see someone or meets a new dog, she always whimpers like she is just so excited she has to vocalize it. It's the same whimper that she used to do when I would get home from a day out, and walk up to her crate to let her out. Like "OH MY GOD I'm SO GLAD YOU'RE HOME! LET ME OUT AND HURRY!" ...Not like she's hurt or sad, just like she's SO excited and she just can't hide it!

I'm just curious if there are any other 'sensitive' doodles out there that express excitement of seeing people or other dogs with a whimper? She just runs around the other dog or person, jumping on people and whimpering! What a nut.

Yes, our Libby does just about the same thing. She whimpers and gets excited to meet the guest and then runs and gets one of her special treasures to show the person. It can be anything from a toy, pillow, cloth, or a bone and sometimes it something we don't actually want a visitor to see and believe me, she sits there until they something about her treasure or she follows them around until they do. It is actually very cute!

Darwin doesn't whimper, but he does do strange stuff. First, he will bury his head when he gets really excited. Either in couch cushions, between legs, or just rub his head on the ground while his butt is in the air. He also has sneeze attacks when excited.
