It sounded too good to be true. A long while back I bought PetzLife but I did not try it. But the plaque on Calla's teeth was getting bad and her breath--well. So about a week ago I started using the gel twice, now once, a day on her teeth. She doesn't like it, nothing new in that but she doesn't raise too much of a fuss. Her teeth look significantly better and her breath smells good! I would recommend this to all. If we can avoid having the cost of scaling and risks of anesthesia it is really a good idea. And nowadays peridontal disease is blamed for almost everything.
I got mine through Amazon. BTW, I belong to Amazon Prime which gives me free 2 day shipping on many things and to me is well worth it. IF you go through the DK link, which I have on my toolbar you even help doodles. My commercial endorsements are done for the day : )

We threw out ALL tennis balls a few months back and purchased just Chuck It brand balls. But he still walks around with things in this mouth--whatever he can find. He is mouthy
Thanks for the info F. I just posted info on another dental product in the Danger group but I think it is worth sharing here too.

This one is powder and added to their food. Seems to be pretty tasty as my finicky cat thinks it is just great. So far no complains from the fur kids but I haven't been using it long enough to give you any feedback yet as to its effectiveness. Plus both of them had fairly clean teeth to begin with and I am primarily trying to KEEP them that way. So it may take longer to know if I am being successful. I like that it is a natural product and it has received many favorable reviews on Amazon too.
Let us know. PetzLife has natural ingredients too.
I just looked at the web site and cracked up at the smiling dog and cat on their home page!!! LOL!
It looks like a good product. If I think the Plaque Off isn't getting the job done I will give it a try. Plaque Off also has a people formula and NO I haven't tried it on myself yet! :)
The video with the CEO or whoever he is makes it seem like if you get the PetzLife near your pet it works: )
You mean you have to actually put it ON the teeth? :)
Thank you, this has convinced me to try it!
I have been wanting to do something about Charlie's teeth as well without major risk and cost of anesthesia, etc... And have been tempted to purchase one. However, I hear that grain alcohole is not good for the dogs, which is one of the ingredience... I would like to hear Karen's responce in regard to this...
The amount she would get is miniscule and not a problem IMHO.
OK. Great! I will be ordering that ASAP. Charlie is 3 years old, same as Spud. Her teeth are pointier than his, but much dirtier!!
Thank you, F. I did not know it comes in a gel too. How interesting. I purchased the spray version of it a while back, but was not diligent in using it regularly to see any results. We tried an anesthesia-free teeth cleaning with Monty last spring; there is a lady in our area that does dog massages and teeth cleaning. She sure cleaned Monty's tartar buildup, but it's back again. It really helps to know from you guys that PetsLife really works. I'll get back to using it again regularly and will purchase the gel version as well.Thank you!
