What are your views on dogs with or removed dew claws. All my doodles have their dew claws. Our vet is a believer in them and says they assist a dog when doing quick turns when running and removal can lead to arthritis or carpal issues later in life. When I had beagles, the breeder had them removed.
Curious about your thoughts. :)

Porsche has her dew claws. Bentley & Maserati do not. The boys both had them removed at birth.

It must be one of those things that are being genetically evolved out because many dogs do not have a full set from birth. If one is going to remove dew claws, it needs to be done when the pups are newborns, otherwise it is  actually amputating a digit.

Both of my guys have their dew claws....never been a problem.  My Vet is not an advocate of removing them.

Mine both have theirs, no issues here.

I have one with and one without.  I can't tell the difference.  Where I live, they have made it illegal to get them removed now.  So from now on, all dogs will have them in my province.

Luna has hers and she uses them all the time for grasping things.  She is also extremely agile and quick.
