Sometimes things are so funny and unexpected that you just have to share.

A few days ago my DH started a converstion with "I have to tell you what I did today and I really hope no one was watching". I was almost afraid to hear what he was going to say next. The story continued like this, " While I was at the golf course today walking with Quincy he was having problems with snowballs stuck to his paws. He had one that was really bothering him and he would stop every few steps and try to chew it off. Quincy couldn't seem to get rid of it so I tried to pick it off for him. I tried to get it off with my fingers but I couldn't get it either, so I took a quick look to make sure no one was watching and then I picked up his paw and chewed it off myself". OMD, I couldn't quite believe he had just said that, I found myself practically falling on the floor from laughing. When I finally stopped laughing I said " You know I am going to write a blog about this because it is just too funny to keep to myself". He just smiled, I think he already knew when he told me that his secret wasn't going to be so secret anymore.

Do you have funny stories of things that you have done for your doodles that would make other people say, "I can't believe you did that? If so please share your stories here, I promise not to tell, your secret is safe with me. :>)

lol yah I created a monster...now he thinks he has his own spot on the couch! If I get up to grab a drink or something, he will jump with in it and I have to sit on him to make him move! Daddy stole his spot this time and he does worse things to daddy clearly! haha mommy is pack leader so he still respects me more! lol!

Parker you are hilarious!!

Wow Parker-great job and you smiled for the camera too!!

Alright I can tell you a true confession of a new puppy owner..... This is a for sure I can't believe you did that.... When Jack was a puppy he had to go potty a lot during the night.. ( in fact he still does) I got him up out of the crate, at the time I was on IV antibiotics and I had a LOT of fluid going into my system... ( still do ) lol anyway I had to go potty really, really bad but I was afraid Jack would potty in the house, so I took him outside to go, and well lets say I could hold it no longer and well lets leave it at Jack and I both came in with a less empty bladder....because we both peed in the grass!!!!

lol!

Funny Jenn!  Reminds me of an old story on here about someone testing her position in the "pack" by peeing in the yard and seeing if one of the doodles would over-mark her.  Anyone remember who that was?  I love that story :)

I can't wait to hear that story...

Gee how would you even search for this one? I am 100% positive someone will.

LOL

That's an interesting point... I wonder if Sunny would over-mark me! She doesn't seem too interested in marking.

Reba, the dachshund, would probably over-mark me though. She has to have the last say on everything!

I did that too.  Several Times.   I was potty training.  So frustrated but trying to remain patient, I squatted and Peed.  Singing--This is how you do it.  This is how  you do it

LOL

Oh then I am in good company....I didn't do it to potty train though, I should have said that.... wait can I change my story????
