Lets hear it!   I sure do...Shelby gets the Red Carpet Treatment.  I must admit...I do think she is a REAL GIRL!  I love her and give her the world.  Are you with me on this?

That's funny Shelly....I find myself being careful to "balance" my coddling between DH and Banjo......don't want any hurt feelings!!!!
Rosey & Bandit give a big SHOUT OUT to being spoiled , can ya say HOLLAA. They go to daycare, have a babysitter, are hardly left alone, have every dog toy practically made. Have their own room in the house. they go to the pet store at least once per week, usually twice. They sleep in our bed, on our couches, on my lap. Each have their own outfits and colors, red for Rosey, blue for Bandit. They have a private trainer, training classes, and we are starting agility class for Rosey. hmmm give me time I will think of more...
Tickle me Pink...you are the Supermom of Today! Rosey & Bandit got the life!
We sometimes joke that Hudson eats better than DH and the kids lol :) He has the best of everything and I can see a long life of spoiling ahead of him. But I spoil my kids too so what can I say ;)
I have a lap dog for dinner and just love it. A great chance to communicate for us and time to enjoy some steak...!
My father says I spoil my dog, but this is coming from his old school notion that dogs live chained outside in dog houses and eat the cheapest food and table scraps. So I would say my dog is just well cared for. I also tell my father that my dog earns everything he gets and that bones and chew toys are an investment that produces a busy well-behaved dog. I put a great deal into him and it pays off in spades!
Gosh, I don't think of it as spoiling....I think of it as loving....my doodle. Murph and Bella have such a good life that their breeder wants me to adopt her next!!!
I don't think you can call it spoiled when Gracie Doodle is the absolute best and most perfect dog ever! She is a good, smart girl and is very well behaved. What she give us in love, happiness, companionship, laughs and smiles is worth whatever we do for her, give her and the way we treat her. If I call that spoiled...then yes...Gracie Doodle is very spoiled...but not a spoiled BRAT!! There is a huge difference.
Knox is not just spoiled -- he's spoiled ROTTEN, but we haven't met a doodle that isn't! Ha!
Spoiled? Nah!!! Just getting paid back for all the love, kisses, joy, etc. she brings to us!!!
Our Dood gets a message every morning. He makes a big sighing sound when it is over. He moves with the message and must really enjoy it. It helps to find developing hot spots and other skin problems.
I'm not sure if you would call it "spoiling"!!??
So...do we "Not" want to admit to that?? (smile)
I do treat Sasha...much like I would treat my own children...and...of course...she loves it!! Lol...
I don't feel that loving them means to shower them with every toy available...although...if she wasn't such a "hearty chewer"...she would be able to have more toys than...Kongs...antlers...etc...(smile)
But...I am such a nurturing Mom...to my children...and...now to add Sasha to the mix...
Massages...playing catch and fetch...long walks...good healthy food...trying to give her the Very Best Of Care and Love...
Well...that's what it's all about to me...
Is that spoiling??
To me...I don't think so...
Sasha is a member of our family...and...we love her...Oh...So Very Much!!
