Does your doodle burp?

I've owned dogs in the past but never one that burped like a human.  Rosie burps all the time and unless you know its her doing it you would swear it came from a big burly guy who just finished a wonderful meal.  She does it all the time and has since she was a pup.

Maggie, Rosie's half sister, burps too but not like Rosie.  Maggie is much more the lady of the group.  I wondered if it was something unique to these two or is it a doodle thing?

OMG... You would not belive the burps that come out of Sonny. As you said, like a big burly man! I actually had the vet run a battery if tests on him to make sure he was okay b/c he burps so often and loudly. He did find a lot of gas in his tummy and said not to worry but we could give him pepcid. When I first joined here I posted a discussion called help for the burping dog! I have switched his food about 5 different times. Didn't help much. People ae totally amazed that he burps like that though, it's a good conversation piece. lol

I have often chastised my human sons for this.When Murphy started this and could do it with more gusto than my sons they were duly impressed. Jono thought it would be even cooler if he could do it on command. So Murphy can BELCH on Jonathan's command....just to upset me LOL

Murphy belches so loud he stopped an entire agility class.

Hunter has earner herself the nickname "burper" from my 2 daughters! They laugh hysterically when she burps which she does often and loud :-)

Peri burps after each breakfast and dinner...and it is LOUD. We laugh every time!

Oh yes, Gracie Doodle burps and really loud. She always does it when we ask her for a kiss. We get the kiss and burp at the same time!

My Gracie burps too. After she eats she comes over for a tummy rub and sooner or later a nice big burp. Glad to see that it's pretty common.

Lilly does. But she usually waits until she has her face close to yours so you get the full effect.

Kona burps! It cracks us up everytime. We've had dogs our whole lives and he is by far the biggest burper. Kona has no compunction about burping right in a person's face.
