Dog-friendly beaches in South Jersey?

Anyone know of a dog friendly beach in South Jersey? Im bringing my doodle to Ocean City, NJ for a couple days and Id love to have her interact with other dogs and run on the beach and go in the ocean. Thanks!

This probably isn't far enough south for you, but Island Beach State Park is dog friendly (but I think they have to be on leash).  Also, Manasquan Inlet has a dog beach (but that's at exit 98 on the GSP).

There is a dog park @ 45th & Haven. There is a $10 a week fee. You get a card @ City Hall on 9th street. We are going July 23 to August 6. I am going to get a card fpr 2 weeks. We are going to take Bindi to the Beach after hours or early morning before the people arrive.

I found out that you can bring a dog to Strathmere's beach pretty much anytime because there's usually no one there. Strathmere is between Ocean City and Sea Isle.
