You forgot the link?
no, I tried to ad it, but it didn't work....let me try again

I tried to find them on petfinder.com, but they are not listed there....Meet Roxy & Tanner who are Golden Doodles and just turned 1 yr old in Jan. They have a loving home but due to circumstances their owner is unable to keep them. They are sisters who have never been separated so they have to go to a home together. Roxy and Tanner have all their needles, spayed, great with children and just loves lots of attention. If interesed or want more info on these beautiful girls then contact the SPCA at spca-hvgb@hotmail.com
I'm sorry, but I can't seem to get the hyperlink to work....but if you are a user of Facebook, there's a group where these girls are listed....Happy Valley-Goose Bay SPCA Animals Looking For Homes!
I put an offer for help on the FB page. Thanks.
Did you just copy the url and directly paste it in here or did you do it a diff way?
I tried to copy/paste the link first, and then tried the hyperlink feature above, it would show up fine when creating the message, but would not be there once post was added.
I wonder why they don't have these doodles in their Petfinder listings of available pets. I think they are probably still with their owners.
I'm pretty sure that is the case Karen, the local shelter is helping them re-home.
The Happy Valley-Goose Bay SPCA website is currently down, and the doodles are not listed on their petfinder link. I would love to have them but going from one doodle to three is not possible right now. I will contact them and offer to help with air fare to get them to St. John's if necessary, a much larger population base and I am sure the doodles will have no trouble finding a home. Maybe I'll get lucky and they'll find a home nearby. I know a couple of people who would be happy to have one of them but I don't think they are up for 2 doods at once.
If they want to fly them to Toronto, I will be more than happy to pick them up and cross the border to meet someone from DRC who can take them in charge.
I just tried for 10 minutes to find something on the girls. Nothing! If someone gets to this link, pls post it for us. Thanks for letting us know about these girls Jenn.
Everyone has such good intentions, but once again, these doodles are still with their owner, who evidently has to find a new home for them. They are not yet in danger and not in a shelter. Please think about what you would want if these were your dogs. I am sure you would want to find a new home nearby, where the new owner could come to your home to meet them and you could get a feel for the kind of home they would have. Would you want to put them in the cargo hold of a plane and send them far away to an unknown place & person, adding that kind of stress to the already terribly traumatic experience of losing their home?
I hope that someone living in the area sees the Facebook post and responds. That would really be the very best thing for the doodles, and for the owner, who I'm sure is heartbroken.
