Editing Comments

[How To: Tech Help/Navigation Questions]

I don't know when this happened today, but I used to be able to just click within the text of my comment to change it.  Now, there's an "Edit Comment" link right under the comment.  Hard to see at first.  I spent about 5 minutes clicking the text and refreshing the page, because I could not figure out why it wasn't letting me edit my darn comment!!  LOL :)  So, not really a tech question, per se, but rather an observation... I was confused for awhile.

My comment box was doing the jumpy thing a little while ago and I was typing blind, is this still an ongoing issue?
