Favorite Holiday Movie?

It's the time of year I love!  ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas started two days ago!!  I just love watching all the Christmas movies... they really get me in the Holiday spirit!

Also, since "A Christmas Story" is playing on my campus movie channel, it got me thinking... do you have any favorite holiday movies or special shows?

I don't know if it's my absolute favorite, but one of my favorites would have to be "A Charlie Brown Christmas."  It's so sweet.

I'd have to say "Home Alone" (all of them). When my son (who has Down Syndrome) was just a kid he fell in love with this movie. We watched it over and over, and over time it grew to have special meaning to us. So, one year we asked him what he wanted for Christmas, and he said he wanted to do all the things Kevin McAllister did in Home Alone. So, we went to New York and did our best to recreate the movie for him. We went to the Plaza Hotel...we went to Central Park (but we couldn't find the "Bird Lady"), we rode in a Limo (but we didn't have the pizza). All through the weekend we "pretended". He will never forget this experience, and neither will we. We still watch this movie over, and over, and over. My son can now recite all the lyrics (and does throughout the movie). It's just kind of a special thing for our family and a HUGE part of Christmas for us.
