On Amazon and the brand is Smoochers, I typed in holiday collars.  They have them for all holidays and even birthday ones.

My boys are going to hate it, but I need to add to their once in a while garb.  We have a few of these but I love how big these are - they really show up.

Mine do not have the bells on them, one has red and green stars out of ribbon material and the other has red and green bone shapes out of ribbon material.   I would love to hear them jingle as they go across the floor, I use to make skirts for granddaughters and sew bells underneath them, they loved them and they sounded like music every where they went.
