I'm hoping someone can shed some light -

Every so often when I take Max out of his crate in the morning, I find a small patch of foam/drool on his crate bed. Nothing else is wet on him nor the crate, just a patch of foam. He acts like himself and doesn't appear ill. Can anyone tell me why and should I be concerned?

His food and water is picked up two hours before bed. Also, I've never seen him foam at the mouth but, he does drool a lot when he gets nauseas in the car before vomiting. I don't think the two are related but, I figure I'll throw that out there. :)

Thank you,
~Danielle

I will try this. Thank you!
I don't want to sound any unnecessary alarms but please watch to see if you can identify when or if Max is foaming. The foaming was one of the first clues we had that Mariner was having a seizure.
Good point, hadn't considered that. Did you see him foaming or find it next to him?
I did think of that. I'll mention this to my vet. Thank you.
